ooh i feel like i'm in 3rd grade again..My name is Lindsay. I was born December 16, 1985. Please don't stalk me. I don't know my dad, he's a deadbeat and signed away his parental rights, meaning, he doesn't have to ever see me or pay child support. asshole. I lived with my mom and stepdad in Texas for a short while, and my brother was born when I was 15 months old. We were both neglected because my dad was in the army and my mom had depression and couldnt handle more than just the basics of feeding and changing us. I went to live with my moms parents and my brother to live with his dad/my stepdads parents. We all lived together again when they came back to Ohio for a while. My mom and stepdad got a divorce, supposedly he still doesn't know why. She never told anyone. I lived with my grandparents after that. I visited my mom on the weekends, I was supposed to go live with her the summer I was 9 but she committed suicide by overdosing on some sleeping meds she had. I guess we blame her fiance for making her go overboard. She'd attempted before but wasn't successful. Obviously. She was always depressed since she was a teenager, they think she might have had multiple personality disorder or something. I don't know. She had a chemical imbalance though. She wasn't nuts. I loved her. Well, I stayed with my grandparents. When I was 11 my grandpa, who was a truck driver died in an accident while on the job. Involuntary manslaughter. We moved to Sylvania, Ohio - out of the country, into the suburbs - to be closer to my grandma's sister. I got really depressed and always stayed inside, got really fat and lonely and had social anxiety. I became suicidal and addicted to the internet. I tried to kill myself..sorta. It was more of a cry for help I guess. They put me on various drugs that didn't really help. Finally I moved to this group home called Baptist Children's Home in Mt. Pleasant, MI, 3 hours from where I was. I hated it there for a while but I finally recovered from depression and was good with God and everything. They decided I was too good to stay there and I was going to move back in with my Grandma but the environment there I probably would have fallen back into old habits so she moved up here. Now we live in a condo in Mt. Pleasant and I was going to go to University of Toledo, back where I used to live in Ohio, but my plans changed and I'm staying in Mt. Pleasant to go to Central Michigan University. I dunno what else to say...all the current stuff about me is in the LJ.
